Starter Fit

Our Starter Fit is ideal for beginner, commuter or leisure cyclists riding up to 1.5 hours at a time, to help ensure comfort and injury prevention. If you’re beginning to fall in love with cycling, or cycling regularly, a professional bike fit is a great investment to help you get the most out of your riding.

If you’re riding more than 1.5 hours at a time or looking for something more in-depth, a Comprehensive Bike Fit may be more suited to your needs. Get in touch if you’re not sure which bike fit would be best.

How it works

  • We’ll start by assessing your current position with your bike on a turbo trainer, understanding what you want to gain from your fit, your problem areas, and any current/previous injuries

  • We then complete an off-bike biomechanical assessment of your posture, stability, range of motion/flexibility, body asymmetries (eg leg length discrepancy) and contact points (foot and pelvic structure) of the bike to understand your strengths, weaknesses and any functional limitations we are working to

  • Position changes of your bike to your contact points will be conducted on the turbo trainer and will include:

    • Cleat positioning

    • Saddle positioning

    • Handlebar width selection and positioning

  • You’ll receive your fit data along with further recommendations via email

£240 for 2 hours + parts required to fit

Includes a free Follow Up Fit and exchange or return of components fitted by us within three months of the original bike fit.

Prior to having my bike fit with Tim I had a whole heap of pains and aches whilst riding my bike, from hip, wrist and shoulder! and sort of fell out of love with cycling as it was causing too much discomfort. Tim was super patient with me in working out what needed changing and finding the most comfortable position on the bike to the point where I no longer feel pain whilst riding 🙏 Thank you Tim! I love riding my bike again :)
